The AMSS would like to acknowledge and pay respects to Professor John Schrader, a wonderful doctor and great enthusiast for the AMSS (Graduate of 1970) who sadly passed away in October.
Professor Schrader was very active in student life, convening Skullduggery and working as AMSA Secretary among actively participating in many AMSS activities. Since graduation, Professor Schrader went on to become a brilliant immunologist and the Founding Director of the Biomedical Research Centre at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver
We would like to acknowledge the significant contributions Professor Schrader made to both the AMSS and the wider medical community, and pass on our condolences to his wife and family.
