… or make that President’s THREE FREE KEGS! A night of pure spiritus, traditio, gaudium, President’s Keg is an event on the calendar that promises value, entertainment and depending on your fateful choices, a touch of debauchery. 

Held at the beginning of the year, your AMSS membership will ensure your free entry to this exclusive members-only party. Better yet, all expenses are on the AMSS, so have a big night out on us! Kicking off with a BBQ to line your stomach, the night unfolds into a massive party with a variety of drinks on offer [ladies, nothing to fear, there are alternatives to beer!]. 

The spirit and atmosphere at PresKeg is quivering. With the new university year still settling in, this event is the ultimate ground for everyone to meet the new faces in our society. An inauguration for our new members and a warm welcome back for past members – this mixture will only prove to be the best environment for a party! 

Not only are the drinks provided by our president, so is the entertainment for the night! It is tradition for the president of the previous year to pass on the record for PresKeg to this year’s president. What record may this be? Well you’ll have to come to the event to see for yourself, but it is advised that you bring a loud voice ready to count the 100+ seconds of agony for our president! 

The good times are self-explanatory. This will be an evening of free food, drink, partying and entertainment followed by a further promising after-party at the Oxford Hotel on O’Connell Street. This should be the only way you end your week on Friday 27th March. Keep your eyes out for more information over the next few weeks!
