Do you have an issue you’d like AMSS Team Education to address with the Medical School?

If so, this form is for you to summarise your issue in a formal way so your education representatives know exactly what you would like to happen. It is in your best interest to please fill out each section with as much thought as possible.

This form can be filled out online or printed out and handed to your year’s Education Reps or handed into the AMSS office. It will then be distributed to the education team who will present your concerns and ideas to the appropriate committee and get back to you as soon as possible.
