Are you REDy to make a difference?
Last year Red Week and Red Party made a huge impact in raising awareness for HIV and AIDS in our community. Multiple events were held throughout the last week of term 3 culminating in the pinnacle event of Red Party, which raised over $6000 for the cause.

Positions available are:

o   Promotions Officer – Website design:

• We are looking for 1-2 people who have experience with website creation to develop a website alongside the convenors to promote Redweek 2012.
• Time commitment will be required over mid-year holidays and within the weeks leading up to Redweek.
• Applicants must have access to own computer and software required.

o   Promotions Officer - Video/Media:

• We are looking for 1-2 people to work with the convenors to design, film and edit a video to promote Redweek 2012.
• Time commitment will be required, including over the mid-year holidays.
• It would be preferred if applicants had access to their own filming and editing equipment.

o   Red Ranger Officers: We are looking for 2-3 enthusiastic people to:

• Command the Red Rangers: Involves the recruitment and rostering of, as well as communication to, the Red Rangers.
• Organise T-Shirts: Includes working with the Convenors to design shirts during the mid-semester break as well as organising to have them printed, payed for and ditributed in semester two.
• Create Posters: Requires collaboration with the AMSS VPC as well as the Red Week Convenors to design and distribute posters throughout the university campus.
• Sell Tickets to RedParty: Includes the printing of tickets, organisation of ticket stalls and rosters for ticket sales.
