International Students' Welcome

International students and domestic students all welcome!

Come along to enjoy a traditional Aussie barbecue, with Halal sausages and vegetarian options, as we warmly greet the incoming international students of 2011. Held during the second week of uni, this event is where the AMSS officially welcomes all of the new international students, including the International Medical University (IMU) students*, to the exciting life of Medicine at Adelaide Uni. It is also a great opportunity to meet fellow first years and get acquainted with your friendly seniors, who will be great support throughout your whole Med School journey. You will also have a chance to meet your International and Multicultural Officer who will be your point of call and your spokesperson for international student matters to the AMSS. Look out for bulletin board posts and posters closer to the date!

*The IMU students study for the first three years of their medical degree at the International Medical University in Malaysia and then continue their clinical education at Adelaide University.
