Save a life, in fact 3, in 15 minutes.
BECOME A PART OF THE AMSA NATIONAL BLOOD DRIVE CHALLENGE as we compete for the Vampire Cup: July 9 - August 31 2012
...and tell your friends and family, as this year, the AMSA Blood Drive also has a category for 'friends of AMSA'...spread the word and let the donations flow!
This year, the Red Cross DonorMobile is coming to campus on TBA.
Location: Adelaide University Cloisters
Time: TBA
To tie in with the importance of eating well when donating, free BBQ will be provided by AMSS for lunch!
All appointments need to be confirmed before the day as naturally there are a limited number of donations possible over one day.
Each blood donation takes only 15 minutes. Please email me on TBA with a preferred time slot e.g. between 9 - 10am so I can organise appointments.
You can also donate (multiple times if you wish..) at the Red Cross Blood Donation Centres throughout the Blood Challenge period (July 9 - Aug 31). Call 13 19 45 to make your appointment!
Making your donation count:
Importantly after donating, go to the AMSA Blood Challenge online tally at http://www.donateblood.com.au/get-involved/club-red-group-donations/blood-challenges and register your details towards Adelaide Uni. It takes a minute (less time then you spend on facebook daily/hourly..) to make us closer to that Vampire Cup!
